TERMS & CONDITIONS & WAIVER FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE NOVEL SPORTS EXCHANGE 16 & UNDER T20 CRICKET TOURNAMENT

In consideration of the benefits to be derived, we expressly waive all claims against the tournament committee, its sponsors and its representatives on account of any accident, injury or illness. I attest that our players are physically capable of participating in this event. However, should the tournament’s committee and its representatives determine in their sole discretion that completion or participation in the tournament would be injurious to any player, I consent to his / her removal and treatment by any physician or medical care provider at the discretion of the event or camp personnel, sponsors, representative, partners and/or volunteers

PHOTO / VIDEO RELEASE 

Permission is granted to the tournament committee and sponsors to use photos, videos, interviews and statements of all players which are then posted to our internet media including, but not limited to, facebook, Instagram, websites and all other appropriate online media and shared over the internet for marketing and advertising purposes. These media may also be used in hardcopy marketing materials (print and web) related to.

PERSONAL PROPERTY / EQUIPMENT 

By Signing this form I hereby acknowledge that the tournament committee, the club, tournament sponsors and its representatives shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property and/or equipment belonging to the participant. 

DISMISSALS 

The tournament committee and its representatives reserve the right to dismiss any participant whose conduct is detrimental to the overall good of the tournament. In cases of gross misconduct, illness, or accident, unavailability no refund will be made. No deduction is allowed for late arrival/early departure. The tournament and its sponsors does not assume liability for accidents, illness, or disease.

INSURANCE 

It is hereby understood and agreed that any accident or sickness claim will be covered by the participating club and not the responsibility of the tournament committed and sponsors.
